“Pagkain ngGulay Ugaliin, Araw-araw itong Ihain”


                     

  
      A vegetable is an edible plant or part of a plant, but usually excludes seeds and most sweet fruit. This typically means the leaf, stem or root of a plant. We should eat vegetables and make it a habit. Everyday we must serve it.                          

        Eating vegetables make our body strong and healthy. They are the reason why we can stand strong and have a healthy body. Vegetables helps us also improve our physical, social, emotional and spiritual being. We can get lot of proteins, vitamins and carbohydrates. Squash, cabbage, carrots, string beans, okra, eggplant, bitter gourd and others are examples of delicious and healthy vegetables. If we eat them, we can get lot of vitamins. Some children don’t eat vegetables because they know that vegetables are not delicious but they don’t know, vegetables can help them become healthy and strong. It helps also to increase our height and weight. So we should eat lot of vegetables.            
      
        Eating vegetables make it a habit. Everyday serve it to become healthy and strong. :D
